Shipping

 

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 2–5 business days.
  • Shipping Method: We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS and provide tracking numbers for every order.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Important: Once the carrier marks your package as “Delivered,” MALKÈ Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. We highly recommend monitoring your tracking updates and retrieving your package promptly.
  • Delays: Please note that MALKÈ is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or events beyond our control.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MALKÈ piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange.

Exchanges


We offer exchanges within 7 days for:


  • Sizing issues
  • Damaged or defective items



How to request an exchange:


  1. Email malkejewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Items may be tried on for sizing, but must be returned in like-new condition — no scratches, damage, or visible signs of wear.
  3. All original packaging must be included.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your store credit or send your exchange.



Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.





Store Credit



If you choose store credit, you’ll receive a code equal to your item’s purchase price, which can be used toward any future MALKÈ purchase. Store credit never expires.
